📋 What You’ll Own
• Monitor and process all incoming drug screening orders
• Interpret results and update client files accurately
• Deliver Occupational Health Documents to clients
• Communicate with vendors to gather or verify delayed info
• Follow guidelines, workflows, and compliance protocols
• Respond to internal departments with drug screen interpretations
• Keep clear, timely communication with clients and applicants
• Analyze, research, and resolve data inconsistencies
• Encourage positive relationships between the company and clients
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Based in the Philippines
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of office experience strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Skilled at multitasking, troubleshooting, and internet research
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Must type at least 45 WPM
• Ethical, dependable, and process-driven
