As a contractor, you’ll deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy to adults—and optionally to children, couples, or families—using our advanced Precision Mental Healthcare platform. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Deliver evidence-based virtual therapy to adults (and optional other populations)
• Treat clients referred via brief clinical screenings
• Maintain availability calendar and complete timely session documentation
• Use modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT
• Coordinate with Spring Health’s clinical care navigation and support teams
• Provide culturally responsive, inclusive care

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Active, unrestricted license to practice mental health therapy in a country outside the U.S.
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Competent in virtual care delivery and comfortable with tech platforms
• Trained in at least one evidence-based modality (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT)
• Able to conduct safety planning and risk assessment if needed
• Dedicated private workspace (for optional in-person therapy)
• Independent but collaborative mindset
