📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead end-to-end payroll for U.S. and international employees
• Process salary, bonuses, taxes, deductions, and commissions
• Manage updates for new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments
• Ensure compliance with global, federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and generate payroll reports
• Respond to agency notices and collaborate with external vendors
• Partner with People Operations and Finance to streamline processes
• Support payroll audits and manage documentation
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 7+ years managing payroll (global experience preferred)
• Familiarity with multi-entity organizations and 400+ employees
• Hands-on experience with multiple payroll platforms
• Strong understanding of tax regulations across jurisdictions
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Clear, professional communication and documentation skills
• Bonus: Experience implementing a new payroll system
