🧾 About the Role
Canonical—the publisher of Ubuntu—is hiring a Graduate Customer Success Manager to help new users and enterprise customers adopt and thrive with our open-source solutions. This remote role is an excellent entry point for tech-savvy, customer-oriented candidates who are passionate about Ubuntu, cloud infrastructure, and problem-solving. You’ll support customers directly, improve onboarding and documentation, and collaborate across departments to elevate the customer experience.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Support customers by resolving technical inquiries and tracking ticket requests
• Onboard new customers and introduce Canonical products and processes (e.g., Ubuntu Pro, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, MAAS, Landscape)
• Identify at-risk accounts and high-potential champions
• Contribute to campaign initiatives and engagement touchpoints
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams on customer success strategies
• Collect user feedback and deliver insights to the product and engineering teams
• Enrich documentation, onboarding materials, and Q&A content

• Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with strong academic performance
• Passion for open-source, Ubuntu, and infrastructure technology
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a distributed, remote-first team
