Canonical—the company behind Ubuntu—is looking for a Graduate Customer Success Manager to help users and customers get the most out of its cutting-edge open-source products. This is an entry-level opportunity to support onboarding, drive adoption, and build long-term relationships with customers who use tools like Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Ceph, and Kubernetes.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Help customers navigate technical issues and product onboarding
• Support users via documentation, digital campaigns, and email outreach
• Build relationships with customers to drive product adoption
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address pain points
• Track customer health, risk, and feedback to inform product improvement


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for technology and open-source (especially Ubuntu)
• Great organization and documentation habits
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Recent university graduate or up to 2 years’ experience
• Fluency in English; additional languages like Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or French are a plus
