📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to HR inquiries around contracts, onboarding, benefits, and employment verifications
• Manage and update HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support global onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits processing
• Conduct audits of employee files and improve operational workflows
• Partner with internal teams on engagement, training, and cultural initiatives
• Generate purchase orders and liaise with payroll for smooth salary delivery
• Assist in new hire documentation and onboarding logistics across countries
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong academic track record from high school and university
• Internship or project-based experience in HR (tech industry a plus)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professionalism, integrity, and comfort handling confidential data
• Self-starter mentality with a drive to grow in a global HR career
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times annually for in-person company events
• Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a plus
