CareCentrix is hiring compassionate and tech-savvy professionals to join their remote healthcare call center team. As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you’ll be the first voice patients and providers hear, helping them navigate home healthcare services. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring empathy, clarity, and support every step of the way.

• Structured onboarding: Paid 5-week training and nesting program
• Set schedule after training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle 60–65 inbound calls daily from patients and providers
• Guide callers through home healthcare service requests (e.g., DME, wound care, diabetic supplies)
• Submit new service authorizations and track statuses
• Navigate dual monitors and multiple systems to support customers
• Maintain high-quality standards in performance, empathy, and accuracy
• Uphold HIPAA and PHI compliance at all times
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years in a high-volume call center
• 1+ year healthcare experience (medical terminology familiarity required)
• Strong multitasking skills with dual monitors and multiple software systems
• Typing speed of 30 WPM while actively listening
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC/browser navigation
• Must pass SHL Phone Simulation Assessment
