Join a mission-focused healthcare support team as a Healthcare Member Advocate. In this fully remote role, you’ll deliver top-tier service while helping members navigate their health plans, benefits, billing, and pharmacy questions. You’ll be the first line of support—and a trusted guide—for callers who need answers and reassurance.

• Full-time, fully remote role
• 12 weeks of paid training (100% attendance required)
• All equipment provided
• Call center hours: Mon–Fri (8 AM–9 PM EST), Sat (9 AM–7:30 PM EST)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support member inquiries
• Resolve questions related to billing, benefits, pharmacy coverage, and claims
• Document every call accurately in the system
• Provide clear, compassionate support that makes members feel heard and helped
• Update customer records and ensure data accuracy
• Follow up with callers as needed to ensure resolution
• Maintain adherence to schedule and call center metrics
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and tabs
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment testing
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods
💻 Remote Requirements
• Quiet, enclosed workspace free from distractions
• Hard-wired, high-speed internet:
– Minimum 20 mbps download / 12 mbps upload
– Hotspots, satellite, or wireless internet not accepted
