PingWind is seeking a skilled Help Desk Customer Service Technician to support the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. You’ll handle escalated Tier 1 tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations for VBMS users nationwide. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Analyze and resolve application issues or escalate as needed
• Participate in daily operational calls to review high-priority issues and updates

• Track and manage tickets through the ServiceNow system from start to resolution
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma (minimum)
• 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
• Knowledge of web-based applications, databases, and enterprise-level systems
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and ITIL practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy under deadlines
