PingWind is seeking a skilled Help Desk Customer Service Technician to support the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. You’ll handle escalated Tier 1 tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations for VBMS users nationwide. 🎯 Must-Have Traits

β€’ Knowledge of web-based applications, databases, and enterprise-level systems
β€’ Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and ITIL practices
