CrewBloom is hiring a bilingual Intake Sales Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to join a legal client’s intake team. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients—qualifying leads, building trust, and converting interest into booked consultations and long-term legal retainers. This role blends empathy, structure, and high-volume sales.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Qualify leads for divorce, family law, and bankruptcy cases
• Convert leads into paid consultations with attorneys
• Build rapport with prospective clients during intake
• Follow up after consultations to secure long-term client retainers
• Maintain detailed records in Lawmatics CRM
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless handoffs
• Use tools like Clio Manage, Slack, Zoom, Loom, and Outlook to stay on task
• Hit weekly/monthly KPIs including conversions, follow-ups, and response times

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
