CrewBloom is hiring a Labor Coordinator to manage crew logistics, timecards, and client communication for live corporate events. This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, handles details with precision, and can coordinate moving parts without dropping the ball.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule and dispatch crew for client events
• Communicate clearly with both crew and clients about upcoming jobs
• Review and update timecards within 24 hours post-event
• Approve and arrange crew travel plans when necessary
• Act as first responder for on-call questions or concerns from clients and technicians
• Support the broader team with operational and scheduling tasks as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Basic understanding of live corporate events and AV roles (audio engineers, lighting techs, etc.)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Able to problem-solve independently and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable with numbers, especially payroll math
• High emotional intelligence and a proactive mindset
Bonus (Preferred, Not Required):
• Experience in the AV/live events industry
• Familiarity with Lasso event management software
💻 Remote Requirements
• Primary internet: 15 Mbps minimum
• Backup internet: 10 Mbps, power-outage capable
• Primary device: Desktop/laptop with i5 (8th gen or newer), Ryzen 5, or equivalent + 8 GB RAM
• Backup device: At least Core i3-level performance
