CrewBloom is looking for a sharp and responsive Labor Coordinator to manage crew scheduling, timecards, and logistics for on-call A/V teams and corporate event clients. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Schedule and coordinate A/V crew for live corporate events
• Communicate event details clearly to both crew and clients
• Process and review timecards within 24 hours post-event
• Provide responsive support during on-call hours
• Arrange and approve travel logistics when required
• Take on additional operational or support tasks as needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong understanding of live events or A/V industry preferred
• Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated with good critical thinking skills
• Comfortable with basic math and payroll calculations
• Emotionally intelligent with a proactive attitude
💻 Remote Requirements
