📋 What You’ll Own
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Respond to insurance-related inquiries with empathy and clarity
• De-escalate sensitive issues and provide timely resolutions
• Accurately document all customer interactions for auditing
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Provide feedback on recurring call issues
• Upsell products or services if required
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Valid Life & Health Insurance license (home state)
• 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a virtual team environment
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and basic computer navigation
• Ability to type at least 25 WPM
• Organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
💻 Remote Requirements
• High-speed wired internet (15 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up minimum)
• No satellite, mobile hotspot, or VPN connections
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Dedicated, distraction-free home office
• Proof of internet speed required
