You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining financial systems, overseeing invoicing, cash flow, reconciliations, payables, and reporting. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Financial Systems Setup: Build and maintain financial infrastructure in Zoho Books
• Invoicing & Receivables: Generate timely invoices, track payments, and manage outstanding accounts
• Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor inflows and outflows; manage payables to ensure timely payments
• Reporting & Compliance: Deliver accurate financial reports and ensure adherence to internal policies and local regulations
• Team Collaboration: Serve as the financial point of contact, offering insights and operational support
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar financial role
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with small businesses or startups is a plus

• Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
