📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
• Drive customer retention, satisfaction, upsell/cross-sell growth, and feedback outcomes
• Serve as escalation point and strategic advisor for client relationships
• Coordinate onboarding assignments and ensure service coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, service)
• Oversee learning and training initiatives to ensure readiness across platforms and tools
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years in leadership roles within client success, sales, or service
• Strong background in HR/payroll services or SaaS environments
• Experience guiding complex customer relationships and multi-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and drive team performance
