CrewBloom is hiring a results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote metabolic testing and bioscience products to healthcare professionals across Long Term Care, Assisted Living, short-term rehab, and private practice. You’ll work remotely, managing key territories in California, Ohio, Florida, and Virginia. This is a relationship-forward role built on education, empathy, and sharp sales strategy.

📋 What You’ll Own
Sales & Client Management
• Conduct virtual outreach and product pitches via Zoom, Teams, email, and phone
• Build strong client relationships with healthcare professionals remotely
• Run brief, high-impact clinical webinars and demos (under 30 minutes)
• Track territory performance and meet or exceed sales targets

Objection Handling & Product Mastery
• Learn the pitch script and anticipate objections before they’re raised
• Use provided toolkits and scripts to respond with confidence and clarity
• Stay informed on product updates and industry developments

Rapport Building & Personalization
• Research prospects in advance and tailor your pitch to their role and environment
• Use active listening, mirroring, and conversational tone to build trust
• Follow company policy to professionally disengage from any inappropriate calls

Reporting & Insights
• Use CRM software to log sales activity, update lead status, and report performance
• Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities
• Provide clear and timely updates to leadership on sales pipeline progress


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proven success in virtual/remote sales (healthcare or medical sales preferred)
• Excellent verbal presentation and consultative sales skills
• CRM fluency and confidence using virtual sales tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Strong time management, organization, and note-taking skills
• Empathetic communicator with a “Starbucks personality”: warm, humble, helpful
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and consistently hit goals
• Bonus: familiarity with healthcare systems, terminology, or bioscience products


💻 Remote Requirements
• Primary internet: 15 Mbps minimum
• Backup internet: 10 Mbps, power-outage capable
• Primary device: Desktop/laptop with i5 (8th gen or newer), Ryzen 5, or equivalent + 8 GB RAM
• Backup device: At least Core i3-level performance
