CrewBloom is hiring a Medical Sales Representative to remotely sell metabolic testing bioscience products to healthcare providers across California, Ohio, Florida, and Virginia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong virtual presence, a confident sales approach, and a “Starbucks personality”—friendly, warm, and caring. You’ll connect with LTCs, assisted living centers, short-term rehab facilities, and private practices to make a meaningful impact on patient lives.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Management
• Manage remote territory and exceed sales targets
• Connect with providers via video, phone, and email
• Offer product demos, training, and ongoing support
Client Relationship Management
• Understand clinical needs and offer tailored remote solutions
• Schedule and conduct efficient 30-minute webinars
• Maintain timely, professional communication
Objection Handling & Product Knowledge
• Master the pitch script and proactively address common objections
• Use the provided objection-handling toolkit confidently
• Stay current on industry trends and product updates
Rapport Building & Sales Technique
• Research prospects (e.g., LinkedIn) and tailor outreach
• Mirror communication styles to build comfort and trust
• Use leading questions to guide the client to self-close
Reporting & Market Analysis
• Track all activities in CRM
• Analyze data to identify new opportunities
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports

📋 Requirements

• Self-motivated, organized, and productive working from home
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
