Senture is looking for motivated, friendly professionals to join their fully remote Member Engagement team. As a Member Engagement Coordinator, you’ll schedule healthcare evaluations for members using proven scripts and tools. • Base Pay: $13/hr (raises at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years)
• Full-time | 100% Remote | Equipment provided
• 2 weeks of paid mandatory training (100% attendance required)
• Monthly incentive potential up to $1,125 extra

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using scripts
• Schedule virtual or in-home healthcare evaluations
• Overcome objections and reschedule or cancel appointments as needed
• Track metrics like calls made, appointments set, and handle time
• Support minimal inbound calls (approx. 15%)
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and company compliance
• Act as a subject matter expert and report issues when needed
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong sales mindset and goal-oriented drive
• Friendly, confident communication style
• Able to manage a high call volume environment
• Familiarity with multitasking across digital systems
• U.S. work authorization
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-hire testing
💻 Remote Requirements
• Hard-wired internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite):
– 20 Mbps upload, 5 Mbps download, latency ≤ 100ms
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
