Senture is hiring Member Engagement Coordinators to support our healthcare outreach efforts. You’ll help members prioritize their health by scheduling in-home and virtual medical evaluations. ✅ Position Highlights
• Base Pay: $13/hr to start, with regular pay raises (up to $14.50/hr at 2 years)
• Monthly Incentives: Earn up to $1,125 extra (potentially +$7/hr)
• Full-time remote role with paid training
• All equipment provided (must supply your own desk and chair)
• 2 weeks paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required)
• Call center hours: Mon–Fri (8 AM–8 PM EST), Sat–Sun (9 AM–5:30 PM EST)
📋 What You’ll Do
• Make 350–450 outbound calls per day using auto-dialer
• Use approved scripts to explain and schedule healthcare evaluations
• Overcome objections using pre-built rebuttals
• Coordinate, reschedule, and cancel appointments in multiple systems
• Track personal performance and meet daily/weekly quotas
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and company protocols
• Handle occasional inbound calls (approx. 15%)
• Be available for overtime as needed
🎯 You’d Be a Fit If You Have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and comfort working in high-volume call environments
• Previous outbound call center or auto-dialer experience (preferred)
• Solid computer navigation and multi-system use skills
• Clear, friendly, persuasive communication style
• Desire to meet and exceed performance goals
• Ability to follow fixed schedules and provide consistent availability
• Authorization to work in the US
• Successful completion of pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening
💻 Remote Work Requirements
• Reliable cable internet (20mbps download / 5mbps upload / ≤100ms latency)
• No satellite, WiFi, cellular, or hotspot use allowed
• Quiet, secure home workspace with your own desk and chair
