🧾 About the Role
Wellth is looking for a compassionate and tech-savvy Member Enrollment Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective members. You’ll play a key role in guiding individuals through the onboarding process—helping them understand the benefits of the Wellth app and supporting them through enrollment. This role blends empathy, communication, and a real chance to make a difference in the lives of underserved communities.

• Full-Time | Remote (U.S.-based)
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 6 AM–8 PM PST (rotating shifts)
• Pay: Up to $18/hr + monthly bonus

📋 What You’ll Own
• Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce the Wellth program
• Assist new members with app downloads and onboarding
• Build rapport and simplify technical steps for less tech-savvy individuals
• Conduct feedback calls to amplify the member voice
• Represent Wellth with warmth, patience, and professionalism
• Accurately follow processes, record outcomes, and meet enrollment goals
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and process-following ability
• Ability to clearly explain technical steps (Android/iOS familiarity)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Empathy for patients with chronic health conditions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional
• Bilingual in Spanish (a strong plus)
