🧾 About the Role
Calibrate is looking for a compassionate and proactive Member Support Representative to guide and assist members through their metabolic health journey. You’ll work directly with members via phone, chat, and email to resolve inquiries, build trust, and support positive health outcomes. If you’re a problem-solver with strong communication skills and a service-first mindset, this is your lane.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Deliver timely, compassionate responses across phone, chat, and email
• De-escalate dissatisfied members and troubleshoot issues with care
• Process account updates, answer program questions, and verify member info
• Accurately document interactions, escalate as needed, and support member retention
• Make outbound calls to labs, pharmacies, or members as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to hit service level goals and enhance workflows

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or member support
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment
• Empathetic, calm under pressure, and a fast learner
• Proficiency in tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, CRMs, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask (calls + documentation) and meet performance goals
• Bonus: Experience in omnichannel support or early-stage startups
