Wellth is on a mission to transform healthcare by empowering underserved populations through habit change and mobile technology. As a Member Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines helping members navigate the Wellth program, troubleshoot app-related issues, and stay on track with their health goals. Your work directly supports better health outcomes—and in many cases, helps save lives.


✅ Position Highlights
• $18/hour + full-time benefits
• Full-time remote role (U.S.-based)
• Weekday + weekend shifts (9am–8pm ET)
• Health, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, PTO, and holidays


📋 What You’ll Own
• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Help troubleshoot app and tech issues for iOS and Android
• Monitor member participation and flag non-adherence
• Provide empathetic, patient support to a diverse population
• Act as a liaison between members and care teams


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service and time management skills
• Tech savvy, especially with smartphones and CRMs
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
• Previous experience in healthcare or social impact work is a bonus
