As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll drive Bolt’s growth by connecting high-potential ecommerce and fintech businesses with our best-in-class checkout technology. You’ll work with fast-moving brands and close strategic deals that make shopping smarter and simpler.

• 💼 Full-time or Contract | Remote-first (U.S. or Canada)
• 🧠 Consultative sales in ecommerce, fintech, or payment tech
• 💰 OTE: $160,000–$165,000 (base + commission)
• 💻 Platform-based product with a rapidly growing merchant network

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
• Develop strategic account plans tailored to each merchant’s goals
• Build a pipeline of mid-market opportunities in ecommerce/fintech
• Deliver personalized product demos that engage both technical and business buyers
• Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for merchants
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Partnerships, Implementation)
• Maintain pipeline and activities accurately in Salesforce
• Represent Bolt at industry events and conferences
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in ecommerce, fintech, or payments
• Proven success closing mid-market deals with multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong knowledge of checkout, fraud, and ecommerce infrastructure
• Consultative selling skills and ability to deliver value-driven solutions
• Proficient with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and other sales tech
• Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent time management
• Comfortable navigating complex deal structures and high-growth environments

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
