đ What Youâll Own
⢠Answer onboarding questions via email, chat, and phone with clarity and compassion
⢠Guide healthcare professionals through credential submissions and fix errors in real time
⢠Review documents for accuracy, completeness, expiration, and compliance
⢠Spot and flag issuesâanything from missing info to suspicious patterns
⢠Follow SOP checklists closely to ensure consistent validation
⢠Document notes clearly, escalate concerns, and keep ticket records audit-ready
⢠Work with SMEs, QA, and Training to flag trends and fix broken workflows

⢠Experience in document validation, compliance ops, credentialing, or high-volume customer support
⢠Strong attention to detailâyou donât just skim, you analyze
⢠Confident and calm under pressureâyou can decide fast and explain clearly
⢠Strong verbal and written communication, especially for sensitive or confusing topics
⢠Reliable and organizedâyou own your work and your queue
