🧾 About the Role
Inside Real Estate is hiring part-time Client Care Coordinators, also known as Calling Client Concierges, to serve as the first point of contact between real estate clients and potential home buyers or sellers. You’ll be making calls and sending texts to internet leads—helping convert interest into opportunity. If you’re customer-focused, tech-savvy, and love a fast-paced role, this one’s for you.
✅ Position Highlights
• $13/hour, paid weekly
• Part-time (18–25 hours/week)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Contacting real estate leads via call and text
• Following predefined scripts to gather buyer/seller info
• Qualifying leads and passing them to real estate clients
• Logging all interactions in CRM system
• Following up consistently on non-responsive leads
• Hitting team goals for conversations and conversions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Confident phone presence
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-directed and able to work remotely
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 100% accuracy
• Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must reside in one of the following states: AK, AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI
• Personal computer with webcam and Chrome browser
• 8GB RAM and Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor (preferred)
• Wired internet connection: minimum 40 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
• Quiet home workspace suitable for phone work
