📋 What You’ll Own
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and secure messaging
• Schedule appointments and complete data entry across platforms
• Monitor for and troubleshoot issues with patient home cardiac monitoring equipment
• Send appointment reminders and support patient onboarding
• Escalate issues and collaborate with internal teams
• Deliver empathetic, clear, and supportive service at all times
• Assist leadership with special projects as needed

• College, technical certification, or healthcare experience preferred
• Cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac device knowledge a strong plus
