As a Payroll Partner Service Specialist, youāll be the go-to expert for both payroll partners and insured clients, handling everything from simple inquiries to complex escalations. Youāll bring empathy, expertise, and problem-solving skills to a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends technical execution with relationship-building.

š What Youāll Own
⢠Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll partners and insureds via phone, email, and platform communications
⢠Manage full-cycle policy servicing including renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and remittance reconciliation
⢠Resolve both standard and urgent inquiries with a 24-hour response commitment
⢠Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies, policy production issues, and data concerns
⢠Proactively identify and resolve partner pain points before they escalate
⢠Act as a subject matter expert for workersā comp within the Payroll Partner Pod
⢠Support new hire onboarding and training, including SOP documentation and resource creation
⢠Participate in special projects and process rollouts as needed
šÆ Must-Have Traits
⢠High school diploma or GED required (Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred)
⢠1+ year in a high-volume customer contact environment
⢠Prior experience in insurance or payroll service support strongly preferred
⢠Strong written and verbal communicationāespecially under pressure
⢠Proven problem solver with sharp attention to detail
⢠Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack, and digital payment systems is a plus
⢠Adaptability and growth mindsetāready to pivot as the team scales
⢠Ability to train and support others with clarity and patience
