• First-year OTE: $90K+ (Top performers earn $120K+ by Year 2)
• Full-Time, Remote (U.S.-based only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conduct 50–80+ warm outbound calls daily to potential event attendees
• Deliver high-value discovery sessions to enroll clients in RRI programs
• Sell event packages based on client goals and transformation needs
• Maintain clear CRM records (Salesforce) and track all sales activity
• Manage follow-ups and referral-based pipelines
• Partner with coaching, concierge, and operations teams for a seamless experience
• Represent the RRI mission with energy, authenticity, and results
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years in high-ticket, high-volume inside phone sales
• Proven success hitting conversion goals (50–100 calls/day)
• Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong emotional intelligence and powerful communication skills
• Resilient, coachable, and mission-aligned
• Passionate about personal development and client impact
