Dane Street is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Physician Advisory Services team. In this remote role, you’ll serve as a critical liaison between clients and medical reviewers—facilitating case intake, assignment, and communication. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Intake and draft new cases in the internal system (AccessDS)
• Verify referral information and follow up with clients as needed
• Organize medical records and documentation per client specs
• Assign and schedule cases with qualified physicians
• Ensure all conflict-of-interest protocols are followed
• Track case progress and meet client-specific deadlines
• Communicate updates clearly and professionally with clients
• Support special projects and internal needs as they arise
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in healthcare or insurance environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting strict deadlines
