In this role, you’ll be the key link between physicians and payers—coordinating credentialing, tracking enrollment statuses, and ensuring smooth setup for electronic claim submissions. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Coordinate provider application/enrollment processes with payers
• Ensure timely completion and tracking of all enrollment documents
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy with credentialing data
• Liaise between physicians, carriers, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve credentialing or documentation issues
• Report progress and follow-ups across multiple platforms
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years’ experience in provider enrollment or related field
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Knowledge of medical billing, payer systems, and healthcare compliance
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Billing & Coding Certification (preferred)
