🧾 About the Role
BroadPath is hiring a highly organized Application Coordinator to help streamline the individual market application process for health plans. You’ll work closely with care teams, members, and carriers to ensure applications are submitted correctly and on time—all from the comfort of your home. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage inbound requests and generate health plan applications
• Distribute applications to members or carriers and track statuses
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and databases
• Review member documentation and submit supporting materials
• Liaise with carrier reps and follow up as needed
• Help resolve escalated issues, support enrollment efforts, and conduct reconciliation audits
• Assist with outreach and internal process improvements
• Adapt to flexible schedules during open enrollment periods
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with data entry, Mac OS X, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
• Quick learner with deadline focus
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred:
• Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
💻 Remote Requirements
• Must use desktop or laptop (no mobile devices for speed tests)
• Internet must be hardwired to the router
• Backup internet and power required
