Join GRT Financial as a Client Service Supervisor and help lead a fully remote customer service team that’s on a mission to support clients navigating debt resolution. This role is ideal for a people-first leader who thrives on coaching, analytics, and helping teams hit their performance goals—while making a real difference in customers’ lives.
✅ Position Highlights
• $45,000/year paid weekly
• Full-time, 100% remote
• Evening shift based on Eastern Time Zone

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead daily team coaching and call monitoring
• Manage real-time queue performance and dialer activity
• Handle escalated calls with professionalism and poise
• Review weekly/monthly KPIs to track team success
• Conduct training sessions and oversee performance improvement plans
• Manage agent development, retention, and productivity
• Oversee settlement advance requests and support operational efficiency
• Interface with other departments to maintain high service standards
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or call center leadership
• High school diploma required; BA preferred
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfort with numbers, data analysis, and performance metrics
• Able to manage multiple tasks with confidence and clarity

• Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps or faster)
