BroadPath is hiring empathetic, quick-thinking Client Support Agents to join our 100% remote team. In this role, you’ll support healthcare employees and clients by resolving scheduling emergencies, shift adjustments, log-in issues, and more—ensuring every call is handled with urgency, compassion, and professionalism.

📋 What You’ll Handle
• Inbound support for caregivers and clients: call-offs, no-shows, clock-in issues, shift changes
• Make outbound calls and help re-staff shifts when needed
• Accurately document every interaction and escalate critical issues appropriately
• Engage with empathy and stay composed—even during crisis situations
• Navigate multiple systems and windows while maintaining clear, professional communication
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1 year of BPO/call center or care work experience (US-based account preferred)
• Healthcare or telco background a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Naturally empathetic and emotionally intelligent
• Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask and solve problems fast
• Comfortable working night or day shifts
💻 Remote Setup Requirements
• Must reside in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, or Bulacan
• Wired internet: 25mbps download / 10mbps upload
• Desktop/laptop only—mobile speed tests not accepted
• Backup internet and power required
• Able to work with up to 9 tabs/windows at once
