🧾 About the Role
Senture is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dedicated healthcare client support team. In this fully remote position, you’ll assist members with healthcare questions, including billing, benefits, claims, and pharmacy support. You’ll be an advocate—not just an agent—making every interaction count.


Position Highlights
• Fully remote role (must reside in South Carolina)
• 12 weeks of paid, mandatory training (100% attendance required)
• All equipment provided
• Hours: Mon–Fri (8 AM–9 PM EST), Sat (9 AM–7:30 PM EST)

📋 What You’ll Do
• Provide support for inbound and outbound member calls
• Assist with billing, benefits, pharmacy coverage, and claims questions
• Document all interactions accurately in the system
• Update customer records and verify account details
• Follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
• Meet performance metrics and schedule adherence
• Actively listen and advocate for the caller’s best outcome


🎯 What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior call center or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable using internet search engines and navigating multiple systems
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, pre-employment test, and internet speed test
• Ability to sit for extended periods

• Enclosed, distraction-free work area
• Hard-wired internet:
 – Minimum 20 Mbps download / 12 Mbps upload
 – No satellite, hotspot, or wireless internet connections
