BroadPath is looking for empathetic and detail-driven Member Service Representatives to join its remote call center team. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Handle 50+ inbound calls daily from members, providers, and partners
• Assist with benefit questions, claims, complaints, and service issues
• Occasionally make outbound calls for member outreach
• Stay up to date with policies, systems, and feedback
• Meet key performance targets including call volume, quality, and member satisfaction


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year of healthcare or health plan experience
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Solid proficiency with Windows and MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A positive, can-do attitude with a calm, helpful demeanor

Bonus if you have:
• Experience with Medicaid Managed Care
