BroadPath is looking for empathetic and detail-driven Member Service Representatives to join its remote call center team. ⢠Handle 50+ inbound calls daily from members, providers, and partners
⢠Assist with benefit questions, claims, complaints, and service issues
⢠Occasionally make outbound calls for member outreach
⢠Stay up to date with policies, systems, and feedback
⢠Meet key performance targets including call volume, quality, and member satisfaction
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠1+ year of healthcare or health plan experience
⢠1+ year of customer service or call center experience
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication
⢠Solid proficiency with Windows and MS Office Suite
⢠High school diploma or equivalent
⢠A positive, can-do attitude with a calm, helpful demeanor
