BroadPath is hiring Member Services Support Specialists to deliver a compassionate, high-touch customer experience from home. In this fully remote role, you’ll support healthcare members through calls and emails, guiding them through health plan details, enrollment, and coverage-related concerns. Position Highlights

📋 What You’ll Own
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and emails to assist members with registration and health plan details
• Walk individuals through benefit options and help complete applications
• Update member profiles and document all interactions in the CRM
• Resolve member concerns with compassion and clear communication
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners for issue resolution
• Adhere to scheduling expectations, including weekends/extended hours during peak periods


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 6+ months in healthcare or customer service
• Strong understanding of medical and healthcare terminology
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask (navigate multiple tabs while typing/talking)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Based in the Philippines

• Wired laptop/desktop connection (speed test required)
• Dedicated quiet workspace
• Backup internet and power supply
• Comfort using up to 9 computer tabs at once
