GRT Financial is looking for a detail-oriented Payment Processing Associate to join their remote team. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume data entry and document verification to support clients as they work toward financial freedom. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Enter and verify client payments, banking documents, and settlement offers
• Accurately follow customer instructions for document handling
• Navigate internal systems to locate, update, and process information
• Maintain workflow and meet department quotas and deadlines
• Support additional departments as needed
• Help optimize internal document tracking and data processing tasks
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 6+ months of data entry experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow specific instructions and handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
• Experience meeting productivity goals or quotas
• Strong problem-solving mindset
💻 Remote Requirements
• High-speed internet (50 Mbps or faster)
• Dedicated home workspace with minimal distractions
