BroadPath is hiring experienced Provider Support Representatives to join its remote team across the Philippines. In this work-from-home role, you’ll deliver high-quality service to healthcare providers, helping them with member eligibility, claims, copays, and benefits. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Support providers by resolving inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and copays
• Verify member information accurately and promptly
• Provide out-of-pocket cost estimates
• Maintain strong documentation and compliance with HIPAA and company standards
• Hit performance targets across quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1+ year experience in healthcare, claims, or customer service
• Strong grasp of medical/healthcare terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems
• Able to navigate multiple tabs and multitask efficiently
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Must reside in: Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, or Bulacan
• High-speed wired internet + backup connection and power required

• Desktop/laptop with direct router connection
• Completion of internet speed test (monitored)
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace
