CrewBloom is hiring an internal Sales Enablement Specialist to help optimize systems, clean up processes, and fuel the success of our Sales and BDR teams. You’ll work behind the scenes to streamline workflows, manage CRM data, and provide insights that drive smarter outreach. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage lead enrichment using Apollo, LinkedIn, and HubSpot
• Monitor CRM health: deduplicate records, ensure accuracy, fix inconsistencies
• Assign and reassign leads, manage workflows, and optimize handoffs
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics
• Collaborate with BDRs, marketing, and operations for unified sales alignment
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements
• Support ad-hoc analysis and assist with lead follow-ups
• Train and guide new team members post-onboarding
• Participate in sales meetings and report KPIs to leadership
🎯 Must-Have Traits
Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales
• 6+ months of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Bonus: 1–2 years in client success or full-cycle sales
Skills & Tools
• HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, RingCentral (or similar tools)
• Strong data management and system analysis skills
• CRM cleanup, lead research, enrichment, and QA
• Report-building and performance tracking

💻 Remote Requirements
• Primary internet: 15 Mbps minimum
• Backup internet: 10 Mbps, power-outage capable
• Primary device: Desktop/laptop with i5 (8th gen or newer), Ryzen 5, or equivalent + 8 GB RAM
• Backup device: At least Core i3-level performance
• Webcam and USB noise-canceling headset
