CareXM is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Scheduling Coordinator to handle after-hours support for our field nursing and clinical teams. You’ll be the connective tissue between care delivery and coordination—helping make sure patient visits are scheduled efficiently so clinicians can do what they do best: care.

• Part-Time | Overnight shift

📋 What You’ll Own
• Assign visits and manage scheduling tasks within HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
• Triage incoming scheduling requests with urgency and accuracy
• Monitor EMR workflows to track patient care progress
• Communicate with triage and field clinicians for schedule adjustments
• Escalate critical issues as needed to leadership
• Maintain productivity, attend trainings, and adapt to evolving needs
• Ensure detailed, accurate documentation and clinician assignments
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year in healthcare admin, scheduling, or home health/hospice
• Experience with EMR systems, especially HCHB (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Quick thinker with solid problem-solving abilities
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, overnight setting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and medical terminology
• Meets CareXM tech and internet requirements
