🧾 About the Role
WalletHub is scaling rapidly and seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to help streamline deployments, improve infrastructure, and support our expanding platform. You’ll work closely with developers and stakeholders to architect systems that are efficient, secure, and reliable—keeping the #1 personal finance app running at top speed.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Oversee product/service deployment pipelines and system improvements
• Test and optimize code and infrastructure for stability and speed
• Collaborate on software architecture and development planning
• Build out CI/CD pipelines and tooling with Git, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
• Support urgent analytical needs with responsive troubleshooting
• Translate loose requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Brainstorm and problem-solve across DevOps and infrastructure challenges
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 7+ years of experience with DevOps or CI/CD tooling (Git, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins)
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS production environment work
• 3+ years with Linux/Unix system administration
• 2+ years working with config management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with at least one dev language (Java, Python, PHP, Golang, or JavaScript)
• Scripting skills: Shell, Perl, Python, or PowerShell
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-complexity environments
• Clear communication, organizational strength, and multitasking ability
• Knowledge of always-on service ops and best practices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
