Pavago is hiring a seasoned HR and Payroll Specialist to support our client’s growing team. This is a full-time remote position for an experienced professional who can lead onboarding, offboarding, payroll changes, and employee relations with confidence and care.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Guide employees through seamless transitions, ensuring all SOPs and documentation are complete
• Payroll Management: Run accurate payroll cycles, manage raises, bonuses, and updates in line with local labor laws
• Employee Relations: Be the go-to for resolving employee concerns with empathy, discretion, and clarity
• Compliance & Documentation: Keep detailed, up-to-date records while ensuring practices align with legal requirements
• Policy Building: Help write and refine HR policies that reflect a strong, inclusive company culture
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and help build programs that sharpen employee skills and HR knowledge

• Proven HR and payroll experience
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication
