📋 What You’ll Own
• Make outbound calls, emails, and texts to clients regarding:
↳ Document submissions and e-signing
↳ Overdue invoices and payment processing
↳ General account inquiries
• Handle inbound support calls and assist with document and billing-related issues
• Educate clients on our business model, services, and invoicing processes
• Track and follow up on outstanding documents and payments
• Ensure every interaction is clear, supportive, and professional
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, email, and chat tools
• Able to multitask and adapt in fast-changing environments
• Previous experience in a customer support role (preferred)
