• $58,160–$65,430/year + annual bonus eligibility
• Full-time (Friday–Tuesday after-hours schedule)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary after-hours liaison between customers and internal teams

• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain departments to support customer needs
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1–2 years in customer service preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus
• Experience in agribusiness or trading industries is a bonus
