🧾 About the Role
Bunge is hiring a remote Sr. Customer Service Specialist to serve as a key after-hours liaison between customers and internal teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in resolving issues, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting supply chain continuity—all while working independently and professionally outside of traditional business hours.
✅ Position Highlights
• Salary: $58,160 – $65,430/year + annual incentive bonus
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Fri, Sat, Mon, Tue 12–9 PM CST | Sun 10 AM–7 PM CST | Holiday rotation
• Location: Remote (Missouri-based candidates preferred)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as after-hours point of contact for customer accounts
• Resolve service/product issues and follow up for closure
• Liaise with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams
• Handle escalations and complaint entry via CRM systems
• Maintain professionalism while building rapport and trust with customers
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1–2 years)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau a plus
• Experience in agriculture or commodity trading is highly desirable
• Calm under pressure, self-motivated, and adaptive in fast-moving environments
