📋 What You’ll Own
• Initiate contact with clients via phone, email, and text for matters including document collection, payments, and inquiries
• Request, track, and assist clients in submitting accurate documentation on time
• Notify and support clients regarding overdue invoices and payment processing
• Manage incoming calls related to document signing, invoicing, and general support
• Clearly explain company policies, services, and billing structure to clients
• Provide basic training to clients regarding systems, processes, and expectations


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Highly organized with multitasking ability
• Proficient with email, messaging platforms, and standard computer tools
• Customer service experience preferred
