📋 What You’ll Own
• Client Outreach – Proactively contact clients regarding document submissions, overdue invoices, and general questions
• Document Management – Guide clients through completing and signing necessary documents promptly and accurately
• Invoice Support – Notify clients of outstanding invoices and assist with processing payments
• Inbound Support – Handle incoming calls and emails related to documentation, billing, and company services
• Education & Training – Clearly explain the company’s services and invoicing models to clients
• Communication – Deliver client support in a warm, efficient, and culturally sensitive manner
