📋 What You’ll Own
Client Outreach – Proactively contact clients regarding document submissions, overdue invoices, and general questions
Document Management – Guide clients through completing and signing necessary documents promptly and accurately
Invoice Support – Notify clients of outstanding invoices and assist with processing payments
Inbound Support – Handle incoming calls and emails related to documentation, billing, and company services
Education & Training – Clearly explain the company’s services and invoicing models to clients
Communication – Deliver client support in a warm, efficient, and culturally sensitive manner

• Fully bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English (written + verbal)
