KeyMe is transforming the locksmith industry through robotics, AI, and a nationwide network of kiosks and locksmiths. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping over 6,500 kiosks running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to problem solver, using command-line tools and technical insights to diagnose and resolve issues. If you enjoy hands-on tech support and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment, this is your role.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Calibrate and maintain kiosk hardware/software via proprietary tools
• Troubleshoot issues using Linux command line and scripting
• Escalate complex issues per company protocol
• Analyze technical data to identify performance trends
• Contribute to improving the internal knowledge base
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Experience with Linux command-line (bash or python scripting a plus)
• Fast learner with ability to navigate unfamiliar tech
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Clear communicator and team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
• 1+ year of Linux experience (preferred)
