📋 What You’ll Own
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone using remote access tools
• Address system slowdowns, OS reinstalls, Mac recovery, malware removal, email troubleshooting (especially Outlook)
• Diagnose hardware problems: hard drives, RAM, power supply issues
• Fix browser errors, PC game crashes, and network/internet issues
• Set up and fix wireless printers and driver conflicts
• Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue closure
• Utilize persuasive skills to upsell post-service support packages
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Deep experience troubleshooting both Mac and Windows operating systems
• Proven customer service excellence in inbound BPO/call center environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Confidence in upselling service packages
• Punctual, organized, dependable, and comfortable working weekends
💻 Remote Requirements
• Primary Internet: At least 15 Mbps download
• Backup Internet: At least 10 Mbps and must remain functional during power outages
• Primary Device:
– i5 (8th gen or newer), i3 (10th gen or newer), Ryzen 5 or better
– Minimum 8GB RAM
• Backup Device: i3 or better, fully functional during outages
• Workspace:
