📋 What You’ll Own
• Make daily outbound calls to verify education, employment, and references
• Review and complete verification tasks submitted by clients

• Answer inbound calls within the Verifications Department

• Interview professional references to assess candidate work history

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• At least 2 years of U.S. verification experience
• Strong, polished, and confident telephone presence
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Ability to research efficiently across multiple browsers and tabs
• Reliable, discreet, and highly organized
• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours
